How does ROGAINE® Topical Solution work?
ROGAINE® contains the active ingredient minoxidil which revitalizes hair follicles and causes them to shift from a dormant phase to an active growing phase. Scientists believe that minoxidil works either by helping the blood flow to the cells in your scalp that grow hair, or by increasing the number of active hair growing cells (follicles).
