Can women use ROGAINE® Topical Solution?
In Canada, ROGAINE® is indicated for the treatment of male pattern baldness in men over the age of eighteen. The product has not yet been approved as an over-the-counter medication for women.
However, physicians can recommend or "prescribe" products outside their approved labeling, should they feel it an appropriate treatment. A physician should be consulted in order to discuss an appropriate product for your hair loss.
