Extensive medical research has shown that ROGAINE® is medically proven to treat hereditary hair loss. But there are many causes of hair loss and ROGAINE® is not suitable for everyone. That's why it's important to first discover whether ROGAINE® is right for you...
- Do you have a family history of hair loss?
- Are you in the early stages of hair loss?
- Do you have either hair loss at the front of your scalp or on your crown?
- Are you over 18?
If you answered YES to all of these questions then you may have hereditary hair loss and ROGAINE® could be for you. ROGAINE® should not be used in the case of sudden, unexpected hair loss or total loss of body hair. ROGAINE® should not be used to treat patchy hair loss due to scalp inflammation or other causes of hair loss, like thyroid disorders. With any of these types of baldness always see your doctor first.
Even if your hair loss is hereditary, if your degree of hair loss is more than shown in the diagram below, ROGAINE® may not work.
